We are pleased to announce that the Fredley Group of Companies will be migrating to a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system - Odoo - by the year 2024.
Odoo is a suite of open-source business apps that cover company needs such as CRM, eCommerce, accounting, inventory, point of sale, project management, etc. The tool is designed to streamline and enhance our existing supply chain processes, strengthen internal controls, and provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience for all our branches nationwide.
Starting December 24, 2023 at 23:59, Odoo will replace Thumbtax. Franchisees will no longer have access to the latter and will need to place their purchase orders through Odoo. Purchase orders placed before December 25, 2023 through Thumbtax shall be served accordingly.
We will be sending you a comprehensive User Guide Manual, together with the URL to Odoo shortly. As we transition to Odoo, it is essential for franchise owners and all team members, both head office and branches, to familiarize themselves with the new features and functionalities to ensure a seamless and successful implementation.
